Chicken Salsa Avocado Melt!

(Healthy Too)

INGREDIENTS:
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • Salsa
  • Avocado
  • Lite Cheddar or Jack Cheese (I used Mozzarella because that's just what I had on hand.  Really whatever you prefer is great!)
  • Ground Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Salt (optional) *I didn't use any*
  • Oil (I used coconut oil to grease the Pyrex pan) Olive Oil is fine too

DIRECTIONS:

#1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees

                  #2 Grease your baking dish

#3 Place your chicken breast into the dish

#4 Lightly sprinkle your chicken breast with all the above spices

#5 Take an avocado slice it in half. Remove the pit & skin.
Then slice avocado long ways.

#5 Put chicken into the oven until its cooked to roughly 155 degrees

NOTE: when eating chicken it should be cooked to 165 degrees

#7 Take either your favorite canned salsa or a homemade version
and scoop it onto your hot chicken breast you just took out of
the oven

I used a lot of Salsa because it's yummy and practically calorie free

#8 Now take your sliced avocado and place it on top of the salsa

#9 Take whatever lite cheese you decided on and place
that now on top of the avocado

#10 Move your oven from 350 to BROIL & place the chicken back
into the oven until the cheese is sightly browned

**Optional**  Drizzle Frank's red hot & fresh or dry Cilantro on top

ENJOY

Natural Jewelry Cleaner

Jewelry Cleaner made with stuff you'll find in your PANTRY!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1 Cup Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon of Salt
Foil
Glass Pyrex Pan or Ceramic Dish

This is what my jewelry looked like before I tried this..... The worst was my Sterling Silver Heart necklace... That poor thing was BLACK!

First line any glass or ceramic container with foil shinny side up (I used my ceramic bowl, but a Pyrex pan would be perfect if you have a lot of jewelry to clean)

NOTE: If you are using a larger dish I would suggest doubling the recipe

Now place your jewelry in the foil lined container of your choice.  Try to space them out a little.

Heat up 1 cup of water to a boil then mix the baking soda & salt into the boiling water...
Now, poor the mixture into the foil slowly.

Measure out 1/2 cup of Vinegar & poor it very slowly into the foil

Now watch all the bubbles clean your jewelry!
Fun Stuff ;)

LOOK HOW PRETTY!

Let me know how it works for you!

Homemade Natural Glass Cleaner

Okay, So I made this Glass Cleaner the other night & to my surprise it actually WORKS GREAT!!!
I have been using it on everything glass all over my home and I'm convinced this has to be the best homemade glass cleaner recipe.

Cost- Less than 50 Cents

Level Of Difficulty- Easy

Best Reason- No Chemicals for you or any of your family including pets to inhale or ingest!

Downfall- Have to Shake before every use (but that is pretty much how all natural homemade products are) No Big Deal

*Run warm water over the sprayer if it clogs up
*There will be a scent of vinegar at first but it dissipates quickly!  Vinegar is a STAPLE in my home & it never smells that way TRUST ME.

Please let me know how it works for you!  Or if you have any other recipes I should give a try.  I absolutely love this one!!!
