This is a great Low Cal Breakfast!

SPINACH, FETA, & SCRAMBLED EGGS with TOAST

*1 Organic Egg
*1/3 cup Organic Egg Whites
*1 Handful of organic Spinach
*1oz Low Fat Feta Cheese
*1 Small Diced organic Tomato
*1 Pinch of Freshly Chopped Chives
Small drizzle of EVOO or Coconut Oil
(Optional small clove of Garlic finely chopped)

Turn frying pan on Med heat, drizzle with oil. Add (garlic) & tomatoes then briefly add the spinach after. Cook for about 1 min or so until The spinach starts to widdle. Now add your egg & egg whites. Just keep scrambling everything up around the pan till the eggs are cooked through.

Add your scrambled eggs to your plate & top with crumbled feta & chopped chive!

Also have 1 SPROUTED Toast with 1/2 Tbl of oganic butter
