*Lite Version* Roasted Red Pepper HUMMUS (Yellow Container Approved)


Roasted Red Pepper Hummus





2 Cans of Organic Chicpeas/Garbanzo Beans (reserve about 1/2 of the juice of one can & pour that in)
1 Clove of Organic Garlic
3 Teaspoons of Organic First Cold Press Olive Oil
3 Teaspoons of Organic Tahini
2 Organic Red Peppers Roasted then Skin Peeled off
Juice of 1 Large Organic Lemon (more if you like it extra tangy)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Put it in your Food Processor & VIOLA

*Optional Garnish-Diced Roasted Red Peppers & Fresh Parsley







This is great for anyone needing to cut calories. Although, I will be using as a YELLOW + 2 TSP on the 21 DAY FIX

WHAT?!?!?!  You can NOW fill your YELLOW container with Hummus rather then your BLUE!

***Don't forget if you are on the 21 Day fix for every Yellow Container you are also using 2 of your teaspoons***
(Cut your Olive Oil and Tahini in half if you want it to only add 1 teaspoon to each serving of Hummus)
